Answer: These CD/DVD packages are updated very often. It is not cost effective for us to package these CD/DVD distribution into nice retail package without significantly increase in price. In addition, all these CD/DVD packages can be downloaded from their project websites. We distribute them on CD-R or DVD+/-R for those customers who have difficulty to obtain them.

Then, you go ahead and purchase several CD packages and pay all shipping & handling costs for them as if there were no discount. After we see your purchase, we'll "refund" the extra shipping & handling cost to you as promised. Unfortunately, we do not plan to change our website to incorporate full featured shopping cart and online purchase as we want our website to be as simple as possible.
Answer: The CD/DVD package does NOT include any support or warranty except that the CD or DVD media is covered under limited 1 year of replacement warranty. However, we do offer installation support through our professional services at reasonable price. Answer: No, there is no warranty on them as they are licensed under GNU Public license or BSD-like free software license. We only provide limited 1 year replacement warranty on the CD/DVD media.
Answer: We will try to burn and ship the software packages on the CD-R/DVD+/-R media within 5 business days after we receive your order if we have the ISO image on our server. However, if we don't have the software image or a new release is just out, it may take up to 7 days for us to download the software image from the official distribution site. Then, we'll ship your software packages as soon as we finish the download. If this is the case, you'll be notified by email.
